ABOUT THE ROLE:

Cartelligent is coming off a record year and continues to grow by delighting clients with each and every delivery of a new automobile. With a great working environment in stunning Sausalito and 40+ passionate team members, Cartelligent is searching for that rock star accounting manager to become another trusted go-to team member and a critical part of our trailblazing enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• MONTHLY CLOSE - Assist with the monthly close and financial statement preparation. Provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.

• THE ACTION - Help with vehicle transactions where necessary, including invoicing/tracking of activity with our wonderful array of trade partners.

• SPEND WISELY - Accounts Payable and disbursement management.

• SHOW ME THE MONEY - Accounts Receivable including invoicing and credit card billings.

• THE FOOTNOTES - Assist with general journal entries, account reconciliations, and fun forensics.

IDEAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

• Someone who desires to bring their best practices, accounting acumen, and ambition to Cartelligent.

• Our Team has built rock-solid accounting SOPs but we always welcome suggestions to innovate and streamline. Bring it. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment based on facts and the requisite amount of analyses.

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in progressive accounting roles. We like data /forensic enthusiasts at Cartelligent.

• Highest level of integrity and honesty.

• Approachable personality capable of team collaboration and communication. We have a great Team and the stellar candidate will roll up their sleeves and want to pitch in and help out.

• Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel required. Familiarity with CRM and payroll platforms is good to have.
