The Opportunity:

As a Client Advisor, you are the key to a seamless car-buying experience. You will guide each client through their journey, from their first inquiry to a successful purchase or lease, and will be responsible for building relationships that drive referrals and client retention.

This role is for a highly motivated inside sales professional with impeccable communication skills who is ready to own a dynamic process from start to finish.

What you will do:

  • Own the client journey: Qualify and develop warm leads, manage each opportunity, and deliver a best-in-class experience.

  • Drive growth: Proactively identify opportunities for self-generation of leads.

  • Achieve excellence: Maintain high client satisfaction while being mindful of profitability.

  • Build relationships: Nurture relationships with new car dealers, trade-in partners, and vendors.

  • Stay organized: Utilize Salesforce to manage your progress with each lead and client.

  • Collaborate: Work cross-functionally to provide other departments with accurate, timely information.

Job requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of sales and service experience.

  • Proficiency with modern computer systems, including Google Workspace and Salesforce.

  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and vendors.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to qualify leads and close deals.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Knowledge of the car industry is a plus, but not required.
